The Northern Brazoria County Chamber Leadership Academy is more than a leadership program. It's an opportunity to build lasting relationships, gain behind-the-scenes access to the organizations that keep our communities thriving, and develop as a leader alongside a diverse group of professionals.
The journey begins this September with an overnight retreat designed to help participants connect, collaborate, and build the foundation for the year ahead.
From there, participants will spend each month exploring a different aspect of Northern Brazoria County through immersive, hands-on experiences, including:
- Local Government
- Economic Development
- Alvin, Manvel, Iowa Colony, Pearland, & Angleton
- Alvin ISD
- Healthcare
- Law Enforcement
- Emergency Services
- Large Industry
- And more!

The academy concludes with a trip to Austin for Brazoria County Day, where participants experience state government in action while representing our region.
